Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Stock Pixie ("Service"), operated by Stock Pixie ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stock Pixie is a stock screening and data analysis tool that surfaces stocks matching value investing criteria. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement. Use of the Service may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at stocktrackerai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Stock Pixie offers a free tier with limited access and a Pro subscription with full access. Pricing is as follows:

• Free tier: Preview of the top 3 results per screener. No credit card required.
• Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial at no charge. No credit card is required to start.
• Pro monthly: $12.00 per month, billed monthly.
• Pro annual: $99.00 per year (equivalent to $8.25 per month), billed annually.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial charge. No refunds are issued after these periods or for partial subscription months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service beyond normal browser use.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained from the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription gates.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with Service infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, scoring models, and content, is owned by Stock Pixie and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Market data displayed through the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms and limitations. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED OR INACCURATE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCK PIXIE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
